Thanks to strong investment attraction policies, the Central Highland province of Kontum has so far drawn 36 projects with initial registered capital of nearly 3.5 trillion VND into Mang Den eco-tourism area in Kon Plong District.
Many big investors have been carrying out large-scale projects in the eco-tourism area. The Saigon – Mang Den Joint Stock Company invested more than 1.5 trillion VND in planting trees and building villas, a five-star hotel, an 18-hole golf course and a commercial centre. The Saigon – Central Highland Joint Stock Company poured 600 billion VND in developing an eco-tourism project and building 50 villas. The Mang Den Eco-tourism Investment Joint Stock Company pumped 200 billion VND in the Mang Den Safari eco-tourism project with lake and waterfall tours and hunting.
