Third Moscow International Family Festival 2008
The 3rd Moscow International Family Festival, titled “BabyTime”, took place from May 29 to June 1 at the Olympiysky Sport Complex in Russia to mark International Children’s Day (June 1).
The “BabyTime” Festival is a demonstration of new products and services for expectant mother, babies, toddlers, kids and their parents.
The event attracted about thousands of families and some 500 businesses displaying their products. Lots of expectant mothers went to the Festival to consult experts on health issues that affect Russia and the rest of the world.
The “BabyTime” Festival included playgrounds for children of different ages, rest zones and nappy-changing areas, “parking” for push-chairs and baby feeding areas, children’s craft contests, sport competitions, an exhibition of child portraits and many other events. Up to now, the event of its kind held in Russia has proved very useful for parents, grown-ups and children.
The festival this year was even more important as 2008 is year of the family in Russia.
